Down the Funnel

Moving a Customer down your funnel is as easy as 1, 2, 3! When a new lead is captured by an appointment booked the Customer, and the appointment information, are both held within the OnSched portal and distributed to the Business and Resource that applies. The appointment can then be marked as "No Show, Rescheduled, or Cancelled" should the appointment status change.

Using OnSched webhooks you can track the updates to a booked appointment by integrating with any CRM listed on Zapier.com (HubSpot, ZOHO, Salesforce, etc).
